Institutional Effectiveness

Institutional Effectiveness (IE) is a set of ongoing, systematic processes and practices that enable CFOT to continually improve how we serve our students (cadets), support faculty and staff, and fulfill our mission. Through this work, the college ensures that:

  • Students are achieving their educational goals.
  • Programs and services are regularly reviewed and strengthened.
  • Resources are aligned with our mission and priorities.
