Greetings and welcome to the Board of Governance of the College for Officer Training at Crestmont. We are honored to have you join us, bringing your expertise, experience, and wisdom to enhance the college as we move forward. Our commitment to excellence requires visionary thinking, realistic assessments, and strategic planning, and your role is crucial in the process of training Salvation Army cadets.

We have been blessed with many dedicated individuals in the past who have contributed significantly to the college’s success. However, we cannot rest on past achievements; as the world changes, we must ensure our students are equipped to face the challenges of tomorrow through the educational processes of today. We strive to be effective, efficient, and forward-thinking in preparing future leaders of The Salvation Army.
