The newly remodeled apartments located
in Building E accommodates single/married cadets and their
families while they are attending the College for Officer Training
at Crestmont.
The College offers fully equipped studio,
one, two and three bedroom floor plans. All plans include
full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a spacious kitchen and
dining area and a cozy livingroom. Select units even
afford a spectacular view of the Palos Verdes Peninsula overlooking
the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina
Island while others take advantage of our lush beautiful 44
acre campus.
Other amenities include beautiful, durable
wood vinyl floors, custom light fixtures, and ceiling fans. There
is also a fully equipped fitness center on the first floor.
With modern, fully equipped apartments
like these you can say goodbye to college dormitory living.
On Wednesday, March 19, 2008, a groundbreaking
ceremony was held to commemorate the beginning of Phase 3 construction
on the new Building E cadet apartment wing.
The new building construction is expected
to be completed by April 2009 and will accommodate cadets and
their families while attending the College for Officer Training
at Crestmont.

Here's what some of the Cadets who have lived
or are currently living on campus have to say about the newly
remodeled apartments:
"...having
experienced both the "old" and the "new",
I can certainly say I love the new apartments! After
a year of waiting and anticipating, we were so excited when
we first opened the doors to our new home! Having a
kitchen, laundry facilities, and comfy furniture have really
helped to make our life at CFOT more like a place I
can call home." ~Cadet Marianneke
(Anney) Summerfield, God's Fellow Workers, 2006 - 2008
"The
newly remodeled apartments are a comfortable place to call
home."~ Cadet
Jennifer Pyer, Witnesses For Christ, 2007 - 2009
"It
is more of a 'home-feel' than a 'dorm-feel', which is a nice
feeling to come in to at the end of the day--to walk in the
door, drop your bag, and plop down in the living room, go
to a separate room than another person, and just feel like
Crestmont is truly home." ~ Cadet
Stephanie Puza, God's Fellow Workers, 2006 - 2008
"The new apartments are great
because we have a kitchen, full size refrigerator and STOVE! Also,
we have fully furnished apartments with wonderful furniture!" ~ Cadet
Jennifer Masango, God's Fellow Workers, 2006 - 2008
"I was very happy to hear
that the apartments were being remodeled. They are a
lot better than I imagined they would be." ~ Cadet
Emmanuel Masango, God's Fellow Workers, 2006 - 2008
