Personnel Department

The Personnel Department consists of Officer’s and Employees dedicated to the well being of the Cadets and their families.  We are here to offer Spiritual guidance, Pastoral care, encouragement, support, the occasional discipline, etc.

The Personnel Department consists of the following people and their positions:

  • Major Brian Saunders – Director of Personnel
  • Major Beth Paugh – Personnel Officer
  • Captain Michael Paugh – Personnel Officer
  • Major Gwendolyn Jones – Family Care Director
  • Captain Katie Noland – Personnel Officer
  • Captain Marcos Marquez – Teen Officer
  • Lt. Tiffany Lawler – Teen Officer

Some of our responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Pastoral Counseling, Serve as Session Advisors, Spiritual Formation, Discipleship Groups, Knee Drills, Spiritual Life Focus Sunday, Community Life, Coordinate Teen Programs, Oversee Family Care Programs, Oversee Wellness Program, Fitness Center, Weight Watchers, Presidential Fitness Program, Plan a variety of events for Campus, Picnics, Parties, Special Chapels.
