The Salvation Army Museum Of The West

Dedicated in June 2002 by General John Gowans, the Museum seeks to preserve the history of The Salvation Army in the Western United States.

The Museum is located on the Crestmont campus in Rancho Palos Verdes, California and has a growing collection of artifacts, photos and documents that chronicle the ministry of the Army from 1883 to the present. An online catalog will allow access to the Museum’s unique archives by researchers, historians, officers and others who appreciate The Salvation Army’s continuing legacy in the development of the West.
