Meeting and Dining Rooms At the Richard E. Holz Conference Center we offer meeting rooms that accommodate groups from 12 to 100 guests. All rooms are temperature controlled. Conference rooms can be set up in any style to meet your meeting needs. Both the Overnight and Day Conference packages include one main meeting room. Four dining rooms are offered for conferences. The Courtyard Cafe and the Seaside Room are located in the Conference Center. The Terrace Room is a campus dining room and is also available for banquet dining. Our Garden Room is a private dining room that can be used for upscale dining experiences. Garden Room menus are available upon request. |

Meeting Rooms Executive Boardroom - Executive style boardrooms with dark wood tables and padded rolling chairs. Boardroom A may be used as an executive dining room. Maximum 14. Small Conference Room - These versatile rooms can be set up with chairs and tables or chairs only. Excellent breakout rooms. Maximum 30. Large Conference Room - A versatile room that can be set up with chairs and tables or chairs only, mounted LCD projector and screen, and piano. Maximum 70. Lectorium - Theater style seating with stage, podium, mounted LCD projector and screen, and piano. Maximum 100. Chapel - A tranquil place of worship with padded bench seats, stage, podium, mounted LCD projector and screen, and piano. Maximum 200.
Dining Rooms Courtyard Cafe - Excellent meal and break room, located in the Conference Center building. Maximum 48. Garden Room - A private dining room for buffet style or served meals. Garden Room Menus are available upon request. Maximum 50. Seaside Room - Delightfully decorated in a Cape Cod seaside theme, the Seaside Room is a private dining room that can be set up for buffet style or served meals. Maximum 50. Terrace Room - A versatile room that is used as a cafeteria as well as a banquet room. The Terrace room can be divided into two smaller rooms. Maximum 325. |

Our Conference Coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you through the process of scheduling and planning your conference. Information on room upgrades, special dining facilities and menus are available upon request. The College for Officer Training at Crestmont is a non-smoking, drug and alcohol free campus. Conferences are limited to adults only. All applicable taxes are included in the package price.
