Food Services Managed by 
All meals served at the conference center are
prepared by our professionally managed on-site kitchen staff managed
by award winning CulinArt. The
Sunrise Starter, Morning Tea, The Crestmont Lunch and
the Afternoon
Snack Attack are included in the Overnight and Day Conference
Packages. The
Crestmont Dinner can be added to your conference package for
a nominal fee. An a-la-carte menu is available upon request
as well as menus for upscale private dining.

Conference
Package Meals and Breaks
Sunrise Starter - Your choice
of: Mini Danishes,
bagels or scones. Sliced seasonal fruit including fresh melons
and berries. Fresh yogurt with granola. Beverages include: Carafes
of assorted juice; Freshly brewed coffee, decaf and a selection of
herbal and non-herbal teas.
Morning Tea - Sliced fresh fruit, refresh coffee
and decaf, assorted soft drinks.
The Crestmont Lunch - Community dining in the Terrace
Room. Guests may choose from the Chef's entrees on the serving
line, a full salad bar, sandwich bar, soup and beverages.
Afternoon Snack Attack - Choice of: Potato
chips, pretzels or tortilla chips with creamy dip or salsa; Assortment
of homemade cookies; Freshly brewed iced tea and soft drinks.
The Crestmont Dinner - Community dining in the Terrace
Room. Guests may choose from the Chef's entrees on the serving
line, a salad bar, sandwich bar, soup and beverages.

Our
Conference Coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you
may have and help you through the process of scheduling and planning
your conference. Information
on room upgrades, special dining facilities and menus are available
upon request.
The College for Officer Training
at Crestmont is a non-smoking, drug and alcohol free campus. Conferences
are limited to adults only. All applicable taxes are included
in the package price.
