Board of Governance

The Board of Governance serves as the governing authority of the College, providing oversight, policy direction, and institutional accountability in alignment with the College’s mission and accreditation standards. The Board ensures that the College fulfills its educational purposes, maintains fiscal integrity, and operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting requirements.

The Board meets regularly to review institutional performance, monitor progress toward strategic goals, and ensure that governance decisions remain focused on student learning, institutional effectiveness, and mission fulfillment.
