The
Overnight Conference Package is a convenient and economical way
to book your conference. The package includes an
overnight stay in our guest rooms, a gourmet continental breakfast,
the Crestmont lunch, morning and afternoon break service, one
main meeting room, audio visual equipment including LCD projector
and screen. Our Conference Coordinator will
work with you on every detail from menu selection to guest accommodations
to ensure your conference is a success.
To our local guests who do
not require overnight accommodations, we offer our Day
Conference Package. The package includes a gourmet
continental breakfast, the Crestmont lunch, and morning and afternoon
break service, one main meeting room, audio visual equipment including
multimedia projector and screen.
A Weekend

Overnight Accommodations
Our conference center has
the atmosphere of a Bed and Breakfast as each room is decorated
around a unique theme. The
Northwest Room depicts scenes of evergreen forests and snowcapped
mountains. The Rose Room invokes images of an English Tea House.
Returning guests often request rooms they are fond of.
The
rooms have the following amenities: cable
television, coffee maker with coffee, tea and hot chocolate, a
telephone, Ethernet access, fresh towels and bed linens, iron and
ironing board. The
majority of our standard rooms share a bathroom with one other
guest room. They
can be made into a private bedroom with a private bath for an additional
fee. We have a limited number of master rooms, suites, deluxe
suites and apartments for your use. There are 48 rooms and
2 apartments which accommodate up to 98 guests.
Guests have access to a communal
lounge with cable television, board games and a small collection
of books. The
Courtyard Cafe located on the lower level of the conference center
is a dining area seating 48 guests. An ice machine, vending
machine, microwave, and toaster are available at this location. Laundry
facilities are available for conference guests. |
