Majors Steve and Marcia Smith, the Training Principal and Director of Campus Services, are under farewell orders. Effective March 1, 2011, the Smiths will become the Divisional Leaders for the Golden State Division. They will also be promoted to the rank of Lt. Colonels.

The Smiths have provided excellent and godly leadership for the College for Officer Training since February 2008. There was a heartfelt farewell chapel held for the Smiths on Thursday, February 24, 2011.

The employees, officers and cadets extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Smiths for their faithful leadership these past three years and wish them God's abundant blessings as they embark on their new journey to San Francisco.
